We repair, replace, and maintain residential and commercial water heaters within the Stockton metropolitan area. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

3. Quotes & Payment

  • Written estimates are valid for 30 days.

  • Full payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit, cash, or check.

  • Late payments may incur a 1.5 % monthly finance charge (18 % APR).

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the arrival window. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a $75 fee.

5. Limited Warranty

We warrant labor for 90 days and replacement parts per manufacturer warranty. Warranty is void if equipment is modified or damaged by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.

6. Limitation of Liability
